Services will be held In the chapel on the campus of Bishop John J. Snyder Catholic High School at 5001 Samaritan Way, Jacksonville, Fl 32210.  The campus is off of 103rd Street approximately 4 miles west of I-295.

The church office and meeting space is located across the street from the Webb Wesconnett library at 6850 103rd St ( the former Watson Realty building)   Plenty of parking is available.
